Ooooooh, if Sarah Palin talked like this can you imagine Rachel Maddow’s sanctimonious report the next day? I’ll bet Rachel would find that report so important she’d wear her smart-girl glasses.

Let me just say that when Moore whips ‘em out you’re not exactly thinking Baretta here. It’s such a pathetic piece of populist performance art, you kinda feel sorry for him. He’s helpless and feckless and distraught. he’s also pouting. And as well he should be. The Institutional Left had a pretty bad day today, and now that I have ashes on my forehead and the spirit of Jesus Christ’s love in my heart, I’m going to start doubling down on my small role in that righteous cause.

The thing about tone, the "new civility", is that the liberals completely forgot about it after Obama spoke at the memorial service/ political pep rally in Tucson.
They literally don't remember that we're supposed to be all nicey-nice now. And it's because they have no integrity or standards. All they wanted was to stifle our speech, that's all it was about. And now that things have cooled over a bit from Tucson, they are on to bigger and better things. If the new civility didn't shut us up, they'll just have to figure out something else. And judging from the way these union goons act, all options are on the table.

Neither Moore nor Maddow will admit it but the reason they're both freaking out is that both know perfectly well it wasn't Walker and the Republicans in Madison who stood up to the unions but the people. Both those two are perfectly aware the people of Wisconsin specifically elected Walker and his party to stand up to union thugs yet it's obvious neither Moore nor Maddow actually expected him to do it. Yet he did.
Neither of them has the guts to admit it – but both know what this vote in Madison really means. The unions went too far and triggered a revolt from the people. And today the unions reaped what they've sown. This is not the change the fat guy and Rachel were counting on.
Gov. Walker, Gov. Christy, well done, you are an inspiration to the rest of the red states. Lead on.

I've only seen Michael Moore in still pictures lately, this is the first time I've seen him in motion in quite some time. I couldn't really pay attention to what he was blabbering on about because I got fixated by all the flesh on the lower half of his mug bobbing and shaking as he spoke. The only desperation move the last month was 14 Democratic senators fleeing the state so a vote could not be made. The Republicans KNEW they could do this the whole time but they were trying to do this the normal way. They finally had enough.

How is asking GOVERNMENT workers who on average make MORE than the private sector to take some cuts in benefits and still make out better than the private sector class warfare? That makes no sense at all. If the governor was talking about auto assembly jobs and a bill that effected THOSE union workers maybe what Moore said would actually hold water, however this situation makes Moore like a blabbering idiot more than anything.

What was on display in Wisconsin from Day 1 was what one party rule looks like. The Democrat Senators lost the election, but did not accept the voters' decision. Instead, they deprived the Republicans of their majority by leaving the state and depriving them of a quorum. What they were saying is — whether we win or lose, we're going to control the state. Period. Sounds more like a banana republic than what was once America.
This has been going on in America for a lot of years, but the media has always been able to spin it in the Democrats' favor (like when the Dem congress shut down the fed gov under Bush pere, it was the PRESIDENT'S fault; but when the Repub. congress shut down the fed gov under Clinton, it suddenly was the Congress' fault).
This time the Dems and their propaganda media (including Moore) got out maneuvered. Watch out for the incoming! It's going to be all out war. They aren't used to losing.

These are PUBLIC employees. No such thing as "collective bargaining" for them. What goes on is they take union members' dues, funnel it into Democrat politicians, then the Democrat politicians vote to increase their wages and benefits. If this keeps up, all the teachers in the school system will be home drawing their pensions and no money in the state(s) left over to pay teachers to actually teach. Maybe if we'd had an improvement in our schools with all this money funneled into the teachers, you and your lefty buds might have an argument, but the more money we spend on education, the less education is going on.

Constructively check out this video by Future Voices of America, which topically explains in 5:20 min the basis of Wisconsin dispute….it is aimed very much at 10 – 22's age or so…..its hip, current. IF you like it, constructively GET YOUR KIDS in front of it…. watch it with them. Discuss. Ask them questions later about it. Did they 'get it'.
